Eating within a daily window (for example 8 hours) may improve blood sugar and blood pressure - but is that from the timing itself, or just from eating less? Existing trials are small and conflicting, and no one profits from a clear answer. Open question: at matched calorie intake, does a 16:8 eating window improve metabolic markers versus ordinary meal timing? Fund a controlled feeding study.
